We offer Managed Services along with network design, implementation and maintenance. We also create custom applications, as needed, for our clients. Our primary approach is to work with our clients to assure that the technology used in their business/organizations support their business goals. We agressively monitor the status of critical systems and applications to assure that business continues with the least amount of down-time as possible. We have been in business in Arkansas since 2001, performing essentially the same services, but we incorporated our previous company (Best Associates, LLC) and renamed it BizTek Connection, Inc. in mid 2007.
